These terms govern the use of evoZoa. By using the site you accept them.

The service

evoZoa is a free directory. You can browse it without an account. Managing a business or shelter listing requires signing in with an Evoteg account.

Directory information

Data comes from OpenStreetMap, public sources and users. We do our best to keep it up to date but do not guarantee it is complete or accurate.

Some links to shops are affiliate links and are marked as such: if you buy through them, evoZoa may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, evoZoa earns from qualifying purchases.

Content you submit

• By submitting a suggestion, correction, photo or post, you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to publish it in the directory.
• You confirm the information is truthful and that you have the right to share the photos you upload.
• We review submissions and may edit or reject them.

Business listings

You can claim your business listing. We may ask you to prove you are the owner. We may remove listings or content that breach these terms.

Shelters and adoptions

Shelters are responsible for the information about their animals and for adoption processes. evoZoa only gives these posts visibility and does not take part in or charge for adoptions.

Prohibited use

• Publishing false or offensive information or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Advertising the sale of animals.
• Bulk or automated extraction of content without permission.

Liability

Evoteg is not liable for damages arising from outdated or incorrect information or from services provided by listed businesses.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown at the top. They are governed by Spanish law.
