Every service includes a bath, drying, nail trimming and ear cleaning.

Scissors are used in every finish and stripping is done by hand. They first check whether stripping suits the dog, as it is meant for wire-coated breeds such as terriers or schnauzers.

They use natural and organic products, many made in-house, which are also sold in the shop. For fearful dogs they suggest a short introductory visit before the first full session. They prefer owners not to stay during grooming and keep them updated instead.

The salon is in Port de Pollença and has been grooming dogs for more than fifteen years. Booking ahead by phone, email or the website form is recommended.

As a guide, a bath takes about an hour and a full cut one to two hours, depending on size. Mention any medical condition when booking. Cash and cards are accepted. The shop stocks accessories, food and its own harnesses.
